We all know how energetic are kids. Wish it or not, they will find many ways to use up their energy every day. But how to make them use their physical power for their whole development? Dances are good chance.

We carry out two types of dances: modern ballet for girls and break for boys. The lessons are two our, once a week. The emphasizing is both on individual and group performances.

The kids are quick of apprehension and advance easy. The good leadership skills of the two trainers obviously bring along to increased physical endurance of the children and their cultivation of will-power. Are not these skills that we all desire too?
